WAYNE Merrick (Halliwell Con A) is the Men's Summer Champion for 2004 after a terrific final, which saw Phil Chadwick (Crofters A) as the runner-up.
Semi-finalists were Chris Jackson (Crofters B)s and Bernard Jones (Roundhouse).
The next competition will be the mixed pairs, which will be on Monday, July 26, at Halliwell Conservative Club.
