GENERAL Systems Limited, a North-west based business software solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Mark Burrows to its customer helpdesk team.
Mr Burrows, from Northwich, joins from ICI where he had worked for more than 20 years as system controller, being first line support for all SunSystems and Vision users.
