A BUS driver involved in an accident in which a five-year-old Bolton boy was killed outside Camelot Theme Park, near Chorley, had his police bail renewed.
The boy, Hisamulhaque Haque, of Bridgeman Street, Daubhill, died instantly after he was crushed under the wheels of the bus in a car park in April.
The youngster, who attended Sunninghill Primary School in Daubhill, had been watching children playing football following a day out with his family at the popular attraction.
The driver of the Stagecoach Preston to Wigan service was arrested.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "The man has been bailed until August 4. The file is currently with the Crown Prosecution Service and it will be the CPS's decision whether any charges are brought."
A CPS spokesman said: "We have been passed the file by the police and we are considering it."
An inquest into the boy's death has been opened and adjourned.
