BURY solicitor Woodcock and Sons has appointed David McCann as a partner in the commercial litigation department.
The 37-year-old is a former pupil of Bury Church High School. He joined Woodcocks in 1991 to help build up the firm's commercial litigation team. The department specialises in company disputes, insolvency and intellectual property rights.
Woodcock and Sons is one of the oldest established family firms of solicitors in the country. It has offices in Bury, Haslingden, Rawtenstall, Ramsbottom and Bacup.
