IT is with disgust and dismay that I have read that someone is going to apply for permission to move the Dunscar War Memorial, so that a company can build luxury homes on the site.
Had it not been for those heroes named on the Memorial, the luxury homes would not be required.
I also call on all the ex-service associations in Bolton to object to the moving of this War Memorial.
