THREE members of staff from Perrys Peugeot on Bridgeman Street are among the first to graduate from the nationwide motor dealership's in-house Management Development Programme (MDP).
Sales controller John Edwards, from Wigan, and assistant service manager Mark Hodson, from Worsley, studied the team leading certificate. Accounts manager Lynne Woodcock, from Westhoughton, took the first line management course.
Perrys Group Ltd introduced the MDP in 2003. The scheme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and split into two certificates - Team Leading and First Line Management.
The three were presented with their certificates by Perrys managing director Ray Sommerville at a special lunch.
Mr Sommerville said: "This is an excellent way to show that the company values the hard work and commitment shown by our employees, as we offer them training and development opportunities to improve themselves and their careers.
"It's great news for the Bolton dealership, as well as for John, Mark and Lynne, that they are among the first round of graduates to pass the course."
