Although they beat the North-west by six wickets, they went down in their other two games, against the South-east and the North-east.

The South-east beat them by 159 runs, with Central only able to hit 150-4 in response to a target of 309-7. A three-wicket defeat followed against the North-east, who passed Central's tally of 139.
Central's one victory came after the beat the North-west's target of 148-9 by hitting 150-4.
