A LEADING children's charity is launching its anti-bullying message on DVD this week.
Bully-Free is a 22-minute educational programme designed to share the teachings of Zap, an assertiveness training technique used by the charity Kidscape.
The programme includes role playings, a step-by-step Zap session, verbal assertiveness exercises and commentaries from Zap participants.
The DVD also has interactive menus and subtitles for children and adults with hearing impairments.
The charity hopes the DVD will form part of schools' resources for National Anti-Bully Week from November 22 to 26.
