JUSSI Jaaskelainen believes Fernando Hierro's glittering trophy haul will count for nothing as the former Real Madrid star begins his career at the Reebok Stadium.
Jaaskelainen, Wanderers' longest serving player, says the club's success is not down to individual players but team spirit.
"It does not matter what his name is or what he has done in the past as long as he comes here and shows us what he can do." he said.
"Since I have been here, it has not changed. Players have come and gone but I think the spirit has stayed and I think everybody is in the same level. We don't have any problems."
