FORMER England midfielder Paul Gascoigne said he is 100 per cent sure he will take up Boston's offer and join the League Two outfit as player-coach.
Pilgrims boss Steve Evans and chairman Jon Sotnick have been holding talks with the former Tottenham, Lazio and Rangers man for a number of weeks in a bid to lure him to York Street.
The 37-year-old former England midfielder -- who turned out in a friendly for Radcliffe Borough last Saturday -- made his debut for the League Two side against one of his former clubs, Newcastle, on Tuesday and should complete the deal on Friday.
Gascoigne said: "The chairman is happy and I am happy. I am 110 per cent sure I will sign for Boston United."
