THE RAFP Association is currently involved in producing two books on the history of the RAF Police, compiled by Steve Davies our historian --"The First 100 Years 1917-2017"and "Halt or I'll release my dog", a companion volume devoted to handlers and their dogs.

We would like to hear from any ex-members of the RAF Police and serving members, who have photographs, memories, anecdotes and stories of their time in the service.

We would also like information on three tragic aircraft crashes -- an RAF York, crashed into the sea off Penang Oct 1946; Scottish Airways York, crashed on "take-off" Malta Feb 1956, and RAF Blackburn Beverley, crashed near Abingdon March 1957.

Material may be sent by email to: michael.oneill67@ntlworld or fax: 02392 362756 or tel: 02392 796703.

Any communication will be acknowledged and photographs will be returned.

This an ideal opportunity to have your experiences recorded for posterity.
