POLICE have been given a further seven days to question nine men, including one from Blackburn, arrested in anti-terror raids.
Scotland Yard said: "We have secured an order from magistrates to detain the nine men until 17 August".
Under the Terrorism Act the men can be held for a maximum of two weeks from the time of arrest.
They have been held at Paddington Green police station, London, since 3 August after raids in Blackburn, London, Hertfordshire and Luton.
