WHENEVER I go out I am appalled at the number of young people who seem to do nothing with their time except walk about with cans or bottles of alcohol in their hands, especially lads.

These people obviously don't work so must be claiming social.

Older people have to have a means test when they apply for any benefit, but these people seem to just get what they want. Maybe the Government should think about doing a means test on those who don't work but can drink and smoke all day long?

I think it might be time to bring back National Service and maybe give these lay-abouts some respect for themselves as well as for other people.
