THE remaining two units in the first phase at Waterfold Business Park in Bury have been taken, according to developer Seddons.
They will be used by by FP Mailing, suppliers of mail room equipment, and advertising agency Wilson Cooke.
A 2,000 square foot unit will act as Wilson Cooke's new headquarters. The ability to secure a freehold was identified as one of the main reasons for the company's decision to relocate to Waterfold.
Wilson Cooke director Dave Wilson said: "We have now outgrown our offices in Old Trafford which we have rented for the last ten years. The purchase of Waterfold gives us a long-term investment."
George Bevan, of FP Mailing, praised the site's accessible location.
"Over the past five years we have grown rapidly and are planning to expand even further," he said. "The new offices at Waterfold will provide us with a fantastic base from which we can plan for the future."
Waterfold Business Park is off junction two of the M66.
Other occupiers are PC World and De Vere's Village Hotel.
Work is now underway on phase two, in which a further 24,000 square feet of accommodation is due for completion in September.
