MARK Forrest & Co, based in Westhoughton, has won Compton Buildings' inaugural league championship.

The company is an agent for Compton, which manufactures garages.

Beating off nationwide competition from 110 other agents, Mark and his team put all of their efforts into meeting the needs of customers throughout the Bolton area.

This helped him win the title that was judged on sales in the first six months of the year.

Commenting on his title, Mark said: "I am glad that our hard work is producing results.

"We've improved our display and visited hundreds of people in the area who have old garages that are useless because they are falling down."
