THE regional conference for medical charity Myasthenia Gravis (MG) Association will take place at Bolton's Holiday Inn this year.
Dr Jon Sussman, consultant neurologist at Salford's Hope Hospital, will be the guest speaker and will provide updates on recent drug trials in the Greater Manchester area. MG affects the receptors between the nerve endings and muscle and sufferers can struggle tos eat, talk or even laugh.
The event, on Saturday, October 9, is supported by Voluntary Action Manchester, Neighbourhood Renewal Unit and European Regional Development Fund.
