North West Counties League: ATHERTON LR will be without striker Barry Massey when they travel to Bacup Borough in the NWCL First Division.
Massey - who scored in LR's 3 -3 draw at Ramsbottom on Tuesday - has been recalled from his loan spell at Crilly Park by Unibond League side Bamber Bridge.
But LR are still hoping to sign the 35 -year -old striker, who had three -and -a -half years with the club before joining Bridge last summer.
Atherton Collieries will chase their first home league win of the season against Ramsbottom (3pm).
Collieries lost 3 -2 at home to Skelmersdale on Monday night, having had defender Lee Bowles sent off in the first half for a professional foul.
Bowles is clear to play, but Steve Hughes, Andy Walker and Jermaine Peters are suspended.
In Division Two, Daisy Hill play the first of six successive home matches when they host Winsford United (3pm).
