A TEENAGER was taken to hospital after being stabbed in Tonge Moor earlier on Saturday.
The 17-year-old boy, who has not been named, was treated at the Royal Bolton Hospital after the incident in Angle Street.
Police and ambulance paramedics were called at 1am after receiving a report that two teenagers were involved in a dispute.
The injured teenager suffered a deep wound to his shoulder but a police spokesman said his injuries were not life-threatening.
Police have arrested another 17-year-old boy on suspicion of assault.
