A 77-YEAR-OLD woman was confronted by a burglar who ran into her home and stole her handbag as she was watching television.
The victim was sitting talking to her daughter at her flat in Nottingham Drive, Bolton, when the man appeared at around 1.30am on Sunday. He grabbed her bag and ran out the front door.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious at the time of the burglary is asked to call Bolton CID on 0161 856 5740 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
