ANCESTOR William Crumblehulme is the subject of Christine Crumblehulme's talk to the Horwich Heritage Society on September 14.
The talk, at 7.30pm, at the Resource Centre on Beaumont Road, Horwich, is free to members and visitors are welcome to attend for £1. The exhibition "Horwich Loco Works Remembered 1884-1984" is still open from 2pm to 4pm on Wednesdays and 10am to noon on Saturdays.
There will be a special opening of the exhibition on September 25, from 10am to 1pm, when extra material will be on show and will include a walk around the Loco Works site led by Martin Brownlow.
