TWO-thirds of UK employers do not trust their staff to work from home, according to a European survey of 640 companies conducted by Samsung Business Communications.
66 per cent of bosses cited "concerns in employee productivity" as the major inhibitor to offering the facility to employees.
In comparison with the other countries surveyed - Spain, The Netherlands and Sweden - only 46 per cent of those UK companies polled currently offer the facility to employees. That is less than Spain at 53pc, The Netherlands at 72pc and Sweden at 78pc.
