CYCLISTS are being encouraged to combine their love for sport with raising money for Christie's against Cancer. Taking place on Sunday, September 5, The Manchester 100 Mile sets off from Wythenshawe Park. For more information or to register, contact the Christie Appeals Office on 0161 446 3988.
The Manchester 100 Mile is fully marshalled with regular stops, first aid, mechanics and pick-up vehicles. Entrants can also choose their own time band so they can complete the ride at their own pace.
Entrance to the challenge costs £12.50 for the 100 mile race and £10.50 for the 100 KM race. Each individual or team raising money for Christie's against Cancer will be awarded with a certificate on completion of the ride and a medal on receipt of sponsor monies more than £25.00.
For more information or to register, contact the Christie Appeals Office on 0161 446 3988.
