BAR Lane's hopes of winning the Hille Seating Cup were extinguished at the semi-final stage as they lost to Accrington side Globe.
The Bolton team were beaten by 15 chalks, and by four winners to two, as Globe booked their final spot and went on to win the trophy.
Globe beat Colne Cricket by just three chalks in a nailbiting final.
Bar Lane return to league action this weekend as the only club with a realistic chance of catching leaders Colne Cricket.
Fixtures: R Utillity v Darwen Subs; St Andrews v Colne BL; Turton v Bar Lane; E Lancs v Greenhill; Colne Cricket v Globe.
