MICK Bushby battled through to take the honours in the Halliwell Conservative Club darts knockout on Friday after some close games.
Ken Smith was the runner-up, and the semi-finalists were Dave Higgin and Phil Chadwick.
The best lady prize was shared between Jenny Nuttall and Jean Burns.
Sunday's knockout saw Ian Roe on top form to win against Paul Williams in the final. Pete Jones and Alan Butler were the semi-finalists, and the best lady prize was won by Debbie Barrow.
The knockout is held every Friday and Sunday from 9pm. £1 entry. Everyone welcome.
