VETS are joining in a month-long campaign to raise awareness of arthritis in dogs.
The Hip Hip Hurray Canine Arthritis Awareness campaign wants owners to take their pets to the vet for a check-up in case they are suffering in silence.
Local vets taking part include A Regan and Colleagues, Companion Care in the Pets at Home store, and Vetcare.
