A COURT case against a man charged with drink driving after the lorry he was driving crashed and narrowly missed ploughing into the front of an elderly couple's home has been adjourned.
The incident happened on Wigan Road, Deane, in the early hours of August 6.
Alan Rogerson, aged 45, of Ashton Avenue in York, is charged with driving with excess alcohol, aggravated vehicle taking and driving without insurance. Bolton Magistrates Court yesterday adjourned the case until Tuesday, September 14.
