BOLTON'S own Tudor hall in Hall i'th'Wood opens its doors for a Heritage Weekend on Saturday, September 11, and Sunday, September 12.
The tour around Hall i'th'Wood will be free. The original building dates back to the 16th Century and was the home of Samuel Crompton, inventor of the Spinning Mule. Tours of the attic rooms must be booked in advance.
