A RADCLIFFE man has appeared before Bury magistrates accused of being involved in an incident outside a night club in which another person suffered a fractured cheekbone.
Nicholas Robinson, aged 25, of Harper Fold Road, Radcliffe, denied unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Andrew Miller.
It is alleged that the incident took place at the Sol Viva Night Club in Bury town centre.
The court case was adjourned to October 22, and Robinson was granted unconditional bail.
