A BUS driver involved in an accident outside Camelot Theme Park near Chorley, in which a five-year-old boy was killed, has answered his police bail.
Hisamulhaque Haque, of Bridgeman Street, Daubhill, died instantly under the wheels of the bus in a car park in April.
The youngster, who attended Sunninghill Primary School, Daubhill, had been watching children playing football following a day out with his family. The driver of the Stagecoach Preston to Wigan service bus was arrested. He is due to appear in court on September 15.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "The file is with the Crown Prosecution Service which will decide whether any charges will be brought."
