BOLTON Museum's summer exhibitions have proved a monster hit with families.
More than 40,000 people have visited the Beasts of the Nile and Johnny White's Machinations displays in the last two months.
There are just a few days left to visit both exhibitions before they close on Saturday.
Thousands of people have joined in the various activities at the Beasts of the Nile, which include a game of Snake and fishing Egyptian-style. Machinations includes an array of creatures and characters to make everyone smile, including large scale interactive artworks inspired by Greek and Roman mythology. Even the museum's website - www.boltonmuseums.org.uk - has proved a big hit with more than 18,000 visitors logging on.
