TRAINS between Bolton and Manchester were delayed on Wednesday morning after a man threatened to jump from a car park in Manchester city centre.
Police were called to the car park shortly before 5.45am after reports that a man was threatening to throw himself from an upper level.
Trains running beside the car park between Oxford Road and Piccadilly were stopped. After talks, the man agreed to come down at around 8am and services were resumed.
