A CHARITY walk in memory of Atherton man Phil Baker who died from cancer raised more than £4,000 for Christie's Hospital.
The event last weekend was supported by 100 family members and friends, ranging from aged five to 50, who walked up Rivington Pike.
Phil was a cyclist and keep fit enthusiast and took part in many charity rides before his death in June. The family plans to repeat the event next year and make it an annual charity challenge.
