Leigh RMI v Aldershot: LEIGH RMI will prepare to take on high-flying Aldershot tomorrow in just the same way they did for bottom club Forest Green Rovers.
The Railwaymen notched their first Conference win of the season over Rovers last Saturday, but face a much sterner test against second-placed Aldershot.
However, manager Phil Starbuck says that will not affect RMI's build-up.
"My philosophy is the same, whoever we are playing against," he said. "Every game is tough and our preparations won't change, but the win has lifted our confidence.
"I am concerned about our finishing and crossing, and we have concentrated on those aspects of our game this week."
Leigh have no fresh injury worries, but Gareth Holmes and Gregor Rioch are again sidelined. RMI will include new boys Michael Byrne, on a month's loan from Stockport County, and Ian Fitzpatrick, who scored a 25-yard free-kick on his debut last weekend.
Fitzpatrick, who was released by Shrewsbury, has fired an angry parting salvo at his former boss Jimmy Quinn.
The 23-year-old winger said: "It's frustrating how things turned out. A lot of it is down to the managers you come across; they can make or break you."
But Quinn said: "Ian's had plenty of opportunities, played numerous reserve games for the club and not really shown his ability."
