A BUSINESS lobby group is expressing its concern that many companies are poorly prepared for sweeping new changes to employment law - including new procedures for resolving employee disputes - which come into effect on October 1.
The Forum of Private Business chief executive Nick Goulding said businesses must act urgently to bring themselves up to date with the new legislation which places new rights and responsibilities on both employers and employees.
