BOLTON'S Bar Lane are two points off the lead after suffering a 10-4 defeat at the hands of last season's winners Accrington Globe.
The title will now be decided on the last games of the season, with next week's fixtures seemingly in favour of the Bolton outfit.
The Globe ran out 10-4 winners over Bar Lane. Gordon Schofield 21-9 was the best for the Accrington club, while Albert Starkie 21-16 did his best to keep the Bolton outfit in with a chance of ripping the title from the hands of Colne.
Turton's 12-2 win against Colne BL must have boosted their confidence.
Darwen Subs' 8-6 win against Burnley's Saints keeps them in touch with a third spot finish. Dave Whittle 21-7 and Peter Harrison were the best for the respective clubs.
