A DISUSED railway cutting is to be turned into a hive of activity this Saturday.
The Great Lever Neighbourhood Management Pathfinder project has organised a Summer Railway Extravaganza at the disused railway line near Rupert Street, Pennington Road and Bishop Bridgeman Primary School, from 11am to 6pm.
Activities include a treasure trail, displays by eco-clubs and an It's a Knockout competition featuring gladiator jousting.
