FORMER pupils who attended Whitecroft Road High School are being invited to a reunion party at a Bolton pub later this month.
The Red Lion pub, at Four Lane Ends, will the special party for ex-pupils who attended the school between 1979 and 1984.
There will be a DJ, music from the 1980s and buffet at the Salford Road pub on September 24.
The party has been organised by landlord Adam Griffiths, who used to attend the school, which has since been demolished.
Mr Griffiths also plans to throw a centenary party for the pub next year when it celebrates its 100th anniversary.
The pub threw open its doors to Four Lane Ends residents in 1905, but Mr Griffiths does not know the exact day when it opened.
He has appealed to readers of the Bolton Evening News who know when the pub first opened to contact him.
Mr Griffiths can be contacted on 01204 63257 or 07717 155938.
