A GLITZY event at the Pennine Suite in the Last Drop Hotel in Bromley Cross this month is set to boost the Bolton Hospice coffers.
An upmarket Ladies' Luncheon, featuring champagne, a meal and the amusing anecdotes of the guest speaker, five times-married Barbara Laughton, has been organised by Hospice supporter Lesley Thompson.
There will also be displays including gifts, bags, shoes, jewellery, floral arrnagements and beauty products.
Tickets for the event on Thursday, September 30 - which is sponsored by jewellers Preston and Duckworth and Mercedes Benz in Bolton - are £32.50 each, from Colleen in the Hospice fundraising department on 01204-663055.
