WITH regard to the new dental surgery (Bolton Evening News, September 14), surely the comment of "people living near to the surgery would stand a better chance of being registered" is nothing more than another example of a postcode lottery - as we became familiar with regarding cancer treatment?
Many people of Bolton currently need vital dental treatment, and without the discrimination of which area they live in.
Many may feel they cannot attempt to register if they do not live within this specified area, therefore reducing the chance of them getting much-needed treatment. Should we not have a right to choose?
