BEDFORD High School students have impressed in GCSE and GNVQ exams.

Topping the honour list were Richard Doyle 5A*, and Aciea Ali and Adrian

Brammer each with 4A* -- all out of 10 GCSE exams.

The Leigh school headteacher Stephen Preston said: "It was great to see the well deserved success of all our students. I'm delighted with the performance of both

staff and students. These results reflect the commitment of everyone -- staff, students, parents -- well done all.

"We wish them all success in their futures, the 75% going to college, and those going to work.
