BOLTON became Hotters Federation Crown Green Bowls National Seniors Champions when they won the National play-offs at Garswood Hall with 8-0 wins over the three other teams.
Bolton had a poor result in the National Team Knockout when they went out in the first round to a strong Calderdale side.
Bolton could only produce one winner as they lost 207-126.
Dobbies lost to Wallasey 190-189 after beating UK Police in the first round. The event was won by Shropshire who beat MIddleton 204-156.
Bolton went on to win the Supplementary Competition, beating Ormskirk 194-150.
In the National League both Bolton teams play their last games of the the season on Sunday with both matches being played at the Railway Club, 2pm start.
Bolton take on Cannock Chase, Bolton A play Leeds A. Both teams have everything to play for to remain in their respective divisions and stay in the prize money.
