A THEATRE workshop day is being held for budding stars of the stage.
Award winning professional theatre company Dramarama is holding a workshop for students at Thornleigh Salesian College in Astley Bridge on Tuesday. Youngsters will be given coaching advice from theatre professionals in preparation of their performance of popular Shakespeare classic A Midsummer Night's Dream. The school will be performing the comedy at the Albert Halls in Bolton on October 19. Thornleigh is one of a number of schools in the borough taking part in the Shakespeare Schools Festival which gives 11 to15-year-olds the chance to perform half-hour productions of Shakespeare classics in a professional theatre.
