Team spirit shows through at Highbury
A GOOD day at Arsenal on Saturday keeps us in a great position in the league.
Our team spirit showed through as we came back twice against the champions to bring back a well earned point to the Reebok.
We thought we were well worth breaking Arsenal's unbeaten record with the way we played, but we would have taken the point before kick-off.
We can't wait for the league match next week against Birmingham, although it's a bit strange kicking off at 5.15pm, I never know what to eat for my lunch with these tea time kick offs!
Before that we have tomorrow's trip to Yeovil. We are keen for a good Carling Cup run again, so we must focus on that match, especially as they had a good result at weekend and they will fancy a giant killing act. See you Saturday.
I hope everyone who came to the Junior Whites Euro 2004 party on Monday night had a great time, lots of you turned up to join in the celebrations and join in the fun! We were joined by Rahdi Jaidi our new Tunisian signing, and we even had a special guest appearance from Wigan Warriors mascot Max, who was put through his paces by Lofty the Lion during a few of the games.
The next Junior Whites party on October 25 will be a spooky Halloween party in the Lion of Vienna suite. Come along as a ghoul, ghost, or even a witch, and enjoy all the creepy games we've got planned.
All children must be accompanied by an adult, tickets are £2 per member, adults pay £1 on the evening. Members must bring no more than two adults with them to the event. If you don't purchase a ticket in time you may be turned into a frog by an evil witch!
Tickets are now on sale and are available from the Promotions Department or by calling the Junior Whites Hotline on 01204 673770.
We are now offering a new Junior Whites Saturday Cup competition for 9-11 and 12-13 year olds at Bolton Arena from 12noon to 1:30pm every Saturday afternoon.
Don't forget it is now free to be a Junior Whites member, call 01204 673770 for an application form.
Answer the question below and you could win two tickets to the next Barclay's Premiership match at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton Wanderers vs Birmingham City:
What is the name of Birmingham City's football ground?
Send your answers via email to juniorwhites@bwfc.co.uk along with your Junior Whites client reference number. Closing date for entries is Thursday, September 23.
