ST VINCENT'S Dramatic Society have chosen The Love Match by Glenn Melvyn as their next production.
Mary Riley is directing, and regular visitors to St Vincent's will know her from appearances in previous productions. She has also directed on three occasions.
The play is set during the 1950s in a working-class district of an industrial, football-mad Lancashire town - not unlike Bolton. St Vincent's believe the production will stir some happy and amusing memories for audiences.
The Love Match runs from October 26 to 30 in the Parish Centre, Rutherford Drive (off Manchester Road), Over Hulton and starts at 7.30 pm. each evening. Tickets at £4 are available from Roots Hair and Beauty Salon, Newbrook Road Precinct, Over Hulton, or, by phone, from 01204 64049, or pay at the door.
