York City 1 Leigh RMI 1: BARRY Miller scored his first goal for Leigh with a last-gasp header to snatch a dramatic Conference draw at York.
The central defender, who joined the club from Hucknall in the summer, nodded in Alex Meechan's corner in the third minute of stoppage time.
Darren Dunning put York ahead from the spot after Ian Fitzpatrick brought down City striker Lee Nogan on 49 minutes.
RMI were kept alive by goalkeeper Ian Martin, who pulled off a string of excellent saves before the break.
Second-half goals from Ryan Cain and Jon Saxon were not enough to save Daisy Hill from a 4-2 defeat at Padiham in the North West Counties League Second Division last night.
