LEIGH Athletic were held to another draw in a league game they should have won after a 1-1 result against second placed Avro in the Manchester League.
They took the lead when Andy Miller shot home for his first senior goal, but Avro scrambled home the equaliser, while Miller had another effort disallowed.
and missed several more clear chances to take all three points.
Richard Wilson took the 'Ray Knowles Bookmakers' man of the match award with a fine all round performance.
The reserves won 3-0 with Tony Lewis grabbing one of the goals. The third team also won 3-2.
