AN auction to support the life-saving work of the North-west Air Ambulance - which needs more than £65,000 a month from the public to run - takes place on Saturday.
The auction run by Chorley Lions - with 110 lots including CDs, tickets and a variety of other items - takes place at Hollinshead United Reformed Church hall in the centre of Chorley, opposite the Flat Iron car park, at 2pm. Doors open 1.15pm.
