THREE-quarters of North-west adults reward a simple 'thank you' through the post, whether it is from happy hoteliers or grateful grocers, with a repeat purchase or visit, according to Royal Mail new research.
And 62 per cent of people in the area said that they believed small businesses did a better job of reaching out to their customers than their larger competitors.
