ARE we the only household in Bolton not to have received the Government booklet "Preparing for Emergencies"?
It was supposed to be distributed "over a three-week period from mid-August".
My point is that, if they can't even deliver a booklet, how can they cope with a terrorist attack or natural disaster? Or is it just the Post Office - again?
