FIRE chiefs have warned arsonists that they are putting their lives at risk following a blaze at a derelict Bolton factory.

Firefighters believe the blaze at the former plastic mouldings factory in Bella Street, Daubhill, was started deliberately by children. The fire lit up the night sky for hours as 25 firefighters brought the blaze under control. An aerial platform was used in the fight to douse the flames. Part of the factory may now have to be demolished.
